With over 36 years in the industry, Shannon Bartlett brings a rare combination of experience, vision, and leadership to Village Hair Studio.

As Salon Director and Founder, Shannon has built Village on a foundation of expertise, education, and exceptional client care. Her background as a stylist, colour technician, makeup artist, extension technician, and senior sales consultant gives her a deep, well-rounded understanding of both the technical and business side of the salon, allowing her to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Shannon is known for her process to match each guest with the right stylist, ensuring every client receives a highly personalized experience. She remains closely connected to the day-to-day operations of the salon, overseeing both the guest experience and the performance of the team with a hands-on approach.

A passionate advocate for growth and development, Shannon leads and directs all in-salon education, mentoring her team to continuously refine their skills, elevate their consultations, and deliver consistent, high-level results. She believes that a strong, supported team is the foundation of an exceptional salon experience.
