Candidates should have a valid Ontario hairstyling license with 5 or more years of experience behind the chair. Experience in a 4.5 to 5 star rated salon is highly desirable. Recent education and certificates a bonus! Strong English and advanced communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. Our salon is very focused on consultations and communication, ensuring our clients are receiving the prescriptive service they desire. Familiarity with salon management software is a plus. A passion for the beauty industry combined with a commitment to continuous learning will contribute to your success in this role.
