PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR COVID IN SALON PROTOCOL PRIOR TO COMING INTO THE SALON.
We are committed to providing you the safest environment with the standard you have always expected at Village Hair. Due to government mandated restrictions, please note the following changes regarding our services and prices.
-We are only permitted to have 3 to 4 stylists at a time.
-We must maintain social distancing at all times.
-Please come alone to your appointment.
-Our team will be equipped with full PPE including medical grade gloves, masks, sanitized station, disposable cutting capes for every client. Each station has been fully sanitized with a medical grade disinfectant.
-Due to limited staff and capacity, children's / teens haircuts will be charged adult prices.
-Due to limited amount of people allowed in salon, our guests will have to wait outside for their appointment where your stylist will come to get you. Once you come in, you will immediately sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided and we will give you a mask to put on. No gloves from outside are permitted in salon. Your stylist will seat you at a disinfected station and given a disposable cape, used on only you and discarded. Please maintain social distance while inside salon and avoid touching retail products as well as any other stations other than than the one you are assigned to.
-There is a $5.00 Covid-19 fee for all visitors to the salon. We will happily wave this just as soon as we can.
-If you have been sick, been in contact with anyone sick, or traveled in the past 14 days, please advise us immediately. We will kindly ask you to reschedule 14 days from date of contact or a 14 full days of being symptom free.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and will lift these restrictions once the government permits. Keeping you and our team safe is our highest priority.
We Care About Everyone’s Privacy
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Village Hair Studio will not inquire about vaccination status of our customers or employees.
To that end, we will discourage any conversation related to vaccination status while on premises for the protection of our customers and employees.
