Shannon Bartlett
Owner/ Salon Director
 Shannon Bartlett brings over 16 years of passion for hair, make-up and her clients. Her experience makes her the preeminent Salon Director. Shannon is a former stylist, color technician, extension technician and most importantly Shannon understands hair and the needs of Village's clients. Shannon directs the salon and team with this impeccable understanding and knowledge, resulting in clients getting the best cut, style and look for them. It has always been Shannon's goal to run a lucrative business that is not only regarded by clients as the place to come to look and feel their best but also an environment that is fun for her staff – where they are free to really connect with clients and use their creative skills.
She believes that creating a positive enviroment that enables our team to grow and succeed is key to our salons success in delivering the type of service we give our clients.". Shannon has specialized in make-up application for the past 14; years providing our clients with special occasion make-up as well as personalized make-up lessons. Shannon manages the salon and team as well as ensuring our service exceeds client’s expectations. Shannon ensures that every client leaves the salon not only looking great, but also feeling great.
Shannon loves all things GLAMOUR. She even loves the word. While performing make-overs on her Mom’s friends at the age of 8, her talent was already apparent and has developed from there. Look out world – by the time Shannon was 12 she declared she was going to own her own salon. Shannon known affectionately as a glamazon and extension junkie is often seen sporting Great Lengths Extensions – ask her about it – if you are considering extensions, she’ll be happy to share her thoughts and suggestions. With a great eye for detail and a skill for pulling it all together, a love of music, and a passion for her work, Shannon is a master at creating beauty. Cindy Bartlett
Owner/Creative Director
 Cindy has been in the industry for the past 19 years. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, she and her sister Shannon started the salon and established the clientele in the salon's early years. Cindy has worked behind the chair as a stylist, and has also become the number one resource for technical training in color application. She has earned several educational diplomas, and has also worked as an educator for some of the biggest color product companies. Over the years, she has mastered the art of color application, and has taken the salon to new levels with her advanced techniques. Cyndi’s latest is accomplishment is placing in the top 3 for the Canadian Hairdresser of the year awards
Cyndi loves being a mom; she has a passion for life and all it gives her. She loves this industry and loves the connection she has with her clients behind the chair. Cyndi believes that education is key and she is the reason the salon is so committed to it. She loves to do color and believes in being the authority on the latest application techniques as well as formulation. She loves to do research on the latest products, trends and hair color ingredients. It is her passion to understand the science of color and the ingredients used to manufacture them.
When she’s not working she has a passion for skiing and tries to get as much in as possible. During the summer months she loves running and palates all year round. She’s a jewelry fanatic and can always pick out a great piece. She has a great sense of humor and never fails to see the comedy in any given situation. She is a positive thinker and believes you get out what you put in.
Brandy Eberhardt
 Brandy has been in the industry for the past 20 years. Specializing in color, cutting, finishing, chemical straightening and semi- permanent eyelashes. With the amount of training and knowledge Brandy brings to the salon, she is really able to prescribe the right looks and services for her clients. Brandy is really taking the long-hair blow-dries in the salon by storm, she performs a red carpet blow-dry second to none that can out last any evening out! Brandy is also excited to add Great Lengths hair extensions to her service list. She is thrilled to be able to offer more options to her clients and increase her portfolio. Her innate flair, experience and skill always have her clients feeling great and looking fabulous.
Brandy recently completed extensive training as an Xtreme Lash Advanced Technician. With so much experience with other lash brands this was a breeze for her. Her work with false eyelashes is incredible and impeccable. Most people don't realized this but having a make-up artist (did we mention Brandy is also a make-up artist!?) doing your lashes gives you an advantage and a better look. She understands the type of look you should have according to your eye shape.
- Loves being a mom (now that her sons older) , loves being a wife, a true beauty junkie (she has every beauty product on the market from 85 to present date)
- Loves to turn her clients away from the mirror when doing her red carpet blow-dry then reveal the finished product giving a “ta da” as she turns you around
- Loves fashion, shopping, cooking, loves to have a good time, known as the girl who can fix anything from computers to a broken light, licensed hair dresser, esthetician, extension technetium, make-up artist and technetium for our semi permanent eyelashes.
- Oh and did I mention shopping.
Lindsay Vo
 Lindsay is very excited to join the Village Hair Studio team. She recently concluded her hair styling education and is now ready to put her skills to work. Lindsay has completed numerous hair cutting and hair extension courses for which she is now certified. She also assisted and modeled for Matrix's new product "Design Pulse" and was featured on the front cover of the October 2010 Matrix magazine. Her ambition and eagerness to excel will prove invaluable as she aims to become a top hair stylist and an asset to our salon. Sebastian Raya
 Sebastian has been at Village Salon & Spa for the past 4 years. We were very happy to be able to retain his talent and flair, knowing that guaranteed success would come with his addition to our team. Sebastian specializes in color and extensions, and has definitely mastered the art of speed with respect to these services. He delivers an end result which is second to none, and does so in record breaking time. Our clients who have time restraints definitely enjoy this express service. Able to cater to every type of client, Sebastian also brings the ability to converse in Spanish or English. He is also well known in Mississauga for his incredible work with extensions. Due to his experience, as well as speed and quality in extension applications, we are able to offer a better end result with more competitive prices than our competition. Sebastian is back from Paris France this past November to view the Wella Trend Vision show for the latest color and cutting trends!!
Loves his mom, hanging out with friends, hockey, golf, loves to make women feel great (extensions…he loves the response he gets after making his clients hair short to long), Always, always in a good mood, we have never seen Saab stressed, frustrated or angry since we’ve known him, known as the guy everyone likes, he our fastest stylist and he loves to have a good time.
Paula Tedesco
 Paula has been with us for the past 10 years. Her passion for hair has made her one of our number one stylists. Her on-going commitment to become more successful in her career, as well as a desire to always increase her standards has made her the incredible stylist she is today. With a number of educational diplomas under her belt, Paula's work speaks for itself. Her cutting, color work, up do’s and finishes have always had our clients talking. Paula is also one of our up style leaders, and her work has been photographed for magazines. Her personality brings a wonderful energy to our salon, and her knowledge and ability has helped put us on the map in Streetsville.

Andy Vu
 Andy joins our team with his own manicure, pedicure and waxing business within Village Hair Studio. Many of our staff have been seeing him for the past 5-6 years for our gel nail and pedicure services. After years of convincing him, he has finally joined us! Andy is from Vietnam where he completed his law degree. He came to Canada 10 years ago and that's when he decided to get into the industry and we are glad he did! We often call him the gel nail guru and we don't know anyone who can touch him with the quality and speed he is able to deliver. Andy brings extensive experience to his nail, pedicure and waxing services. He is not only aware but has researched the other nail systems on the market and chosen the Bio Gel system for its non damaging and lasting effects. Bio Gel offers the best and most expensive permanent polish system available, and it is also the most difficult to use. Andy is the only technician in the area offering this caliber of system to his clients. He is highly skilled and able to deliver brilliant results in a timely manner. A winning combination in today’s market.
Brittany Forgione
 Brittany has been on our team for the past 7 years. She started with us as an assistant while she was in school. Brittany has always had to passions in life…teaching and hair styling. So she decided to do both! Brittany is a full time teacher grade 5 teachers and a part time stylist. She recently graduated from Marca College and successfully completed her education for hairstyling. She loves cutting, color, up styles and the transformation she can bring to her clients. She has always had a love of fashion and believes “hair can never be too big to blonde or too fabulous”. Were expecting big things from this blooming stylist as she has a skill for knowing what works for her clients when it comes to face shape, and style.

Heather Kennedy
 Heather graduated Marvel Beauty School 2006. Heather is an Extension Specialist and also a Permanent Straightening technician. In addition to those skills, Heather is well versed in all hair types and has a knack for listening to what the client really wants and creating it. In addition to her love for hair, Heather loves spending time with her family: 2 boys (aged 3 and 11) and 4 step daughters. Her hands are full but she finds time to enjoy music movies as well. You can count on Heather to be positive, always clean, always on the go and always enjoying helping her clients achieve that one perfect look they are after.
